Motor Vehicle Accident

• There was a vehicle vs. train accident on a private driveway in Marion Township.  The driver of the vehicle suffered minor injuries.

Deceased Person

• Deputies responded to the 3600 block of 85th Street NW in Oronoco Township for a medical.  A male born in 1950 was pronounce deceased.  The death was due to natural causes.

Citations and Arrests

• Steven Arthur Schmoll arrested 2nd Degree DWI, Driving After Cancellation-Inimical to Public Safety & License Plate Light Required.  Schmoll tested a .21 breath alcohol concentration.
• Ryan Klassen cited Driving After Revocation.
• Michael Daniels cited No Seat Belt.

• Patrick Stonoing cited Speed 66/55.

• Heriberto Campos cited Driving After Revocation, Through Stop Sign & No Proof of Insurance.
