Theft

• Kwik Trip on Schumann Drive in the City of Stewartville reported two gas drive-offs. The loss was $86.89.
• Boardwalk Auto Sales in Marion Township reported a stolen vehicle.  A subject took a vehicle on a test drive and did not return.  The vehicle is valued at $1200.

Burglary

• A resident in the 300 block of 6th Avenue SW in the City of Stewartville reported a burglary.  The loss is estimated at $700.

• Michael Imp arrested 3rd Degree DWI, Obstructing Justice, Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana in a Motor Vehicle, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Crossing the Centerline.
• Jeanne Ellen Villar arrested 5th Degree Possession of Controlled Substance, False Information to Police Officer, Driving After Suspension and No Proof of Insurance.
• Arnetta Hoskins arrested Warrant.
