Assault on a Correctional Officer

• A detainee spit on two correctional officers in the Adult Detention Center. The detainee also broke a sprinkler head in his cell. The male detainee is now awaiting charges of Assault on a Correctional Officer and Damage to Property.

Damage to Property

• A mailbox in the 2300 block of 45th Street SE in Marion Township was damaged by a pipe bomb. The damage is estimated at $100.

Theft

• A vehicle that was parked at the Rock Dell Township Hall was broken into. The loss is estimated at $500.
• A vehicle parked in the 6800 block of 60th Avenue NW in Oronoco Township was broken into. The loss is estimated at $700.
