Assault
• A resident in the 300 block of West 6th Street in the City of Eyota reported an assault. Clinton Dawayne Robinson was arrested for Felony Domestic Assault by Strangulation, Malicious Punishment of a Child (two counts), Domestic Assault (three counts), Child Endangerment (three counts) & Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Burglary
• A resident in the 500 block of 23rd Street NW in the City of Stewartville reported a unwanted guest/intruder. Mark Edward Smith was arrested for 1st Degree Burglary, 1st Degree Criminal Damage to Property, Gross Misdemeanor Domestic Assault, 5th Degree Assault and Trespassing.
• A resident in the 2000 block of Lark Lane in the City of Stewartville reported an assault. Cheryl Ann Reynolds was arrested for Felony Strangulation, 1st Degree Burglary, 1st Degree Criminal Damage to Property & 5th Degree Assault.
• A burglary was reported in the 12000 block of US Hwy 63 North in Farmington Township. Copper and fixtures were taken from the residence. The loss is still being determined.
• A resident in the City of Eyota reported a burglary. The loss is estimated at $300.

Identity Theft
• Oronoco Estates in Oronoco Township reported identity theft. A person completing an application used a social security number of a deceased male.

Motor Vehicle Accident
• There was a non-injury accident in the 10 block of 6th Street SE in the City of Stewartville. Andrew Paul Christian was cited for Driving After Revocation & Violation of License Classification.

Theft
• Rainbow Play Systems located in Cascade Township reported a theft. Approximately $280 worth of accessories were stolen.

Motor Vehicle Theft
• A Rock Dell Township resident reported the theft of a 1989 Chevrolet pick-up. The truck and contents were valued at $3100.

Damage to Property
• Damage was reported to a vehicle at the 4500 block of 110 Avenue, S.W. of Rockdell Township. The vehicle was driven upon a rock pile and set on fire. The vehicle was a total loss.

Burglary
• The glass door was broken by a landscape rock and entered was made to the Meadow Lakes Golf Course. Approximately $200 was taken in liquor and there was $350 in damages to the door.

Theft
• Construction tools were taken from a house under construction at the 5400 block of 135 Street, N.E. in Farmington Township. Taken was a Craftsman Air Compressor and blue hose, electric cords, garden hoses and wrenches.
